My Process
So I build programs that hold up when things shift. Learner-focused, problem-centered, and grounded in what the business actually needs.
When someone comes to me with a training request, I start by making sure we are solving the right problem. Not because I doubt them, but because the real issue is not always what it looks like on the surface. A skills gap looks different from a motivation problem, and a motivation problem looks different from a broken process. Getting that right before anything is built is what makes the difference between training that sticks and training that gets forgotten. I keep learners at the center of every decision. When learners are set up to succeed, the business outcomes follow. That is not a coincidence. It is the point.
I am a lifelong learner, and that is not just a line I use in interviews. I attend conferences, workshops, and courses because I genuinely love being in a learning environment. Right now I am focused on what AI means for how we design and deliver learning.
